Niranjan is a Chartered Accountant and technology entrepreneur with over two decades of experience in software development and digital transformation. He founded Agronet Software Pvt. Ltd. in 1999, pioneering digital media and job platforms in agriculture. Over the years, he has managed IT operations for North American firms and led numerous system-design and process-automation projects. His recent work includes technology assessments for Canadian agribusinesses and digital solutions for community networks.
Joe brings more than 40 years of leadership in the agriculture industry. He co-founded AgCareers.com in 1997 and Farms.com Ltd. in 1998-now recognized as global leaders in ag media and digital solutions. In 2019, he launched RHA Ventures Inc. (formerly RH Accelerator), investing in over 35 agri-food innovation startups. Earlier, Joe held senior roles at Pfizer, Cyanamid Crop Protection (BASF), First Line Seeds (Monsanto), and NK Syngenta Seeds (Ciba Seeds). He focuses on helping emerging ventures grow through strategic partnerships, funding, and experienced business coaching.
Michael holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from Fanshawe College, where he also teaches Precision Technologies in Agriculture and Relationship Management & Selling Fundamentals. At RHA Ventures, he manages new-venture intake and supports early-stage companies across agriculture and technology. He has produced video and digital marketing projects for leading North American ag brands and remains passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, and education in the agri-tech space.
